Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total price of each trip is required to confirm a package at any of our lodges operated by the company or its subsidiaries. This deposit must be made within 10 days of the

reservation date. The balance due shall be paid at least 60 days prior to the proposed arrival date.

Cancellation/Refund

The deposit required to confirm fishing/trip reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless client is replaced by another angler at the same value, for the same trip date and time established for the trip. Final payment is due 60-90 days before departure dependent on lodge requirements. 

Unless otherwise noted on your invoice, for all trips less than 90 days out, full payment is required after receipt of the confirmation email to secure guides and reservations. For trips outside of 90 days, a 50% deposit is required upon receipt of confirmation email to confirm your reservations.  

A 3.5% credit/debit card fee may apply to all transactions made using credit/debit cards.

Destinations Fly Fish STRONGLY recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your trip.
